Postal Disruption

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, delivery to certain countries have been postponed by the postal service. Some of the countries affected are Australia, Austria, Brazil, Canada, Denmark, Finland, Japan, New Zealand, Russia, Slovakia and Sweden.

If you haven't received your magazine/s yet, please private messages us through Kickstarter, of you you purchased magazines from this website or the Eight Bit magazine website, email us at sales@retro-format.com

Once restrictions are lifted, we would be happy to re-post magazines if they get lost in the postal system. We will also update our website to inform everyone of the current postal situation. We are really sorry about this, but this is out of our hands. I don't know why postage is allowed to some countries and not others during the COVID-19 pandemic. It doesn't make sense. For now, anyone wanting a PDF copy of their magazine can message us and we will send on a download link.

Free digital downloads of 8-Bit Annual 2018 and 8-Bit Annual 2019 are still available at our Eight Bit website https://eightbitmagazine.com/ to help with the lockdown. That's over 400 pages of retro goodness. We will be offering more free downloads in the coming days and weeks.
